Neo (Keanu Reeves) has spent most of his life searching for the answer to reality.
Is his world a dream? If it was, how would he know the difference between the dream world
and the real world? It tortures him like a splinter in his mind, threatening to drive him
        mad.

        | THERE
        WILL BE A SEQUEL! |
        | This taken from the Dark Horizons Web site for the Weekend of
July 10th-11th 1999: The Matrix 2 & 3: The Sunday Telegraph reports that two
more "The Matrix" films are set to be filmed in Sydney, Australia over the next
few years. They source a 'prominent insider' who says "the multi-million dollar deal
has been under negotiations for months but was finalised on Friday". Warner Brothers
and Village Roadshow will jointly produce the two films planned to be shot back-to-back,
and possibly released within months of each other. Once again 'Fox Studios Australia' and
Sydney's central business district will serve as the backdrop for action in the film, and
an estimated $100 million will be pumped into the local economy. Its been long known that
"The Matrix" has always been conceived as a trilogy, and its believed the
directing duo of the Wachowski brothers get a cut of the gross box-office takings of any
sequels made. Keanu Reeves is expected to return for both films. Thanks to 'Matt' |

        | Jarrod P. Tetreault, Verdun,
Quebec:The sequel should follow a plot of industrial
espionage, thievery, and using their cyber environment against the foe. A concept based on
breaking into a heavily guarded museum exhibition at a 'Grand Opening' ceremony where the
featured artifact is actually the 'Mother' figure for
 artificial intelligence.

The mission objective... get into the museum with as little notice as possible, tap into
the A.I.'s central system in order to delete the program which controls A.I., and be
        extremely cautious. Any faulty
program extermination could result in a system shutdown, cutting off ALL life support, and
        completely wipeout the human race.
